Remove the rear wheels and brake drums. Push the alxes in to remove the c-clips and then the spider gears. Install the two parts from the mini spool onto the axles and install the c-clips. Put the mini spool in and install the cross pin and the cross pin bolt. Put the differential cover back on with a new gasket. The mini spool is for those who don’t want to install a new carrier. It replaces the spider gears, locking the axles together. These spools are not intended for high-horsepower applications (more than 400) or street use.
